Position: DSHS BHA Food Service Manager 3
About: Eastern State Hospital is seeking a Food Service Manager 3 to join their team and play a vital role in providing high-quality food services that directly impact patient care. As a key leader in the dietary department, the successful candidate will ensure that the food services meet the highest standards set by The Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The role involves managing and inspiring a dedicated team of front-line staff to oversee the daily preparation of nutritious meals that support patient recovery and well-being.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in institution management, hotel and restaurant administration, home economics, business administration, or a related field; OR Two years of experience as a Food Manager, or three years of experience as a certified dietitian.
