Position: Division Vice President, Operations – Advanced Surgical

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA strongly preferred; Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience, including 7 to 10+ years of leadership experience in key operations roles, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain management; Proven track record of driving operational transformation initiatives, including global footprint optimization and scalability; Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management, cost optimization, and financial reporting; Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry preferred
