Requirements: Preferred experience in a large or multi-unit environment with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting; Passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and Team Members, emphasizing team building and career development; Strong business acumen, adaptability to change, and ability to contribute valuable insights to achieve organizational goals; Accountability for financial performance through effective P&L management, ensuring the best guest experience, and fostering a culture of coaching and teamwork; Willingness to travel and maintain a consistent presence in stores
