Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous multi-unit restaurant experience; business knowledge in P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing; ability to foster a food safety first culture; passion for team development and leading through others; laser-like focus on the guest experience; ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements; team player with a willingness to assist when needed; excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
