About: Maschio’s Food Service, provider of school food service programs in the Hamilton, Mercer County, NJ area, is seeking a talented District Chef to join their team. This full-time position requires experience in operations management, catering, and preparing meals for a minimum of 300 individuals in a professional kitchen setting. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency by passing a Chef test, with a preference for culinary and K-12 experience, and the ability to create diverse menu items while adhering to NSLP guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in operations management and catering; ability to work in a professional kitchen preparing meals for 300+ people; proficiency in Chef test; Culinary, K-12 experience a plus
