About: The Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, is currently seeking culinary professionals to join the Signature Fine Dining & Central Bakery team. The resort offers unique opportunities to work in high-volume environments and create magical dining experiences under the guidance of Culinary Director Chef Andrew Sutton and Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Marc Viallet.
Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for a role; Passion for Culinary and delighting guests with food; At least 2 years of experience in the culinary field (5 years for Fine Dining) with a focus on high-volume production; Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology; Ability to follow and understand recipes in a mass volume environment; Strong organizational skills, working with speed, accuracy, and efficiency in the kitchen to multi-task and work in a high-volume environment; Strong listening skills and ability to take direction; Desire to provide excellent guest service and work as part of a team; Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
