Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years experience in the culinary field (5 years for Fine Dining) with a focus on high volume production; knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology; ability to follow recipes in a mass volume environment; strong organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent listening skills; flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
