Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years of age; minimum 2 years experience in culinary field with high volume production focus; proficient knife skills; knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology; strong organizational skills with speed, accuracy, and efficiency; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; competence in reading and understanding recipes; adaptability to production requirements; strong listening skills and ability to take direction
