Position: Dishwasher/Utility F/T
About: This position will be responsible for the general cleaning and sanitation of the entire community’s food preparation and service areas as directed by the Director of Dining. They will clean all food preparation equipment and service utensils including but not limited to walls, coolers, stoves, pots, pans, and knives. All areas should be maintained in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; one year of related experience and/or training preferred but not required; the ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English; experience in a retirement community or dining establishment preferred; may be required to wear uniforms
Benefits: Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates, Primarily in a controlled, temperate environment; may be exposed to heat/cold during support of outside activities, Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
