Position: Dishwasher-Steward for Weekend AM Shift
About: The Fullerton Marriott at California State University is seeking a diligent Steward to ensure cleanliness and proper storage of kitchen items, assist in kitchen maintenance, and support food storage and rotation practices. The hotel is conveniently located next to California State University and close to various attractions like Crystal Cathedral, Brea city, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Disneyland in Anaheim, offering spacious rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, room service, an outdoor pool, fitness center, and a fusion restaurant, Spadra33, catering to diverse tastes. The hotel also provides contemporary event venues for business meetings or wedding receptions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; must have clear communication skills, quick decision-making abilities, ability to work well under pressure, maintain composure, and follow food safety codes and procedures; interact professionally with guests and colleagues, exercise sound judgment and maintain a high level of trust and responsibility
