Position: Dishwasher-Steward
About: Our premier hotel, Skylight Bistro & Bar, located just minutes away from Lucas Oil Stadium, is seeking a detail-oriented Steward to maintain cleanliness, proper storage of dishware, and uphold sanitation standards. The role involves supporting kitchen staff in cleaning and organizing kitchen and storage areas, ensuring food storage and rotation compliance, and providing assistance as needed to maintain a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to communicate clearly; quick decision-making skills; ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure; demonstrate trustworthiness, responsibility, and good judgment; familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety protocols
