Position: Dishwasher/Service Assistant
About: A Dishwasher/Service Assistance at Denny’s plays a special role in the overall operation of the unit. Your work makes everything tick like a clock. A Denny’s Dishwasher/Service Assistant has a ‘Guests First’ attitude, engaging in friendly conversation with guests and employees as you perform duties such as maintaining the dishroom, ensuring that all dishware, utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized; bussing and cleaning guest tables in the dining room; delivering trays of dirty dishware to the dishroom and stocking service area with clean dishware; cleaning and organizing back of house, including coolers, freezers, and stock areas; cleaning floors and removing garbage in front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot; maintaining and servicing restrooms.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to work; experience in a similar role is a plus; ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members; attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
