Position: Dishwasher / Porter
About: ThinkFoodGroup is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. The position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish room, operating dish machines and pot sinks, and assisting with overall restaurant sanitation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to follow company and manufacturer specifications for dishwashing equipment; knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines; effective communication skills with colleagues and managers; ability to lift and carry items up to 80 pounds and withstand standing for extended periods; experience with kitchen equipment and chemicals preferred
