Position: Dishwasher (On-Call)
About: Ojo Spa Resorts is currently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and kitchen utensils in our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
Requirements: Previous restaurant or related experience preferred; High school diploma (or equivalent) required; Comfortable working independently and managing workload in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Punctuality and reliability are critical; Good verbal communication and organizational skills; Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals; Valid New Mexico Food Handler certification required; Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays; Ability to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, noise, and odors; Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks; Strong manual dexterity and auditory and visual skills
