Position: Dishwasher (“Lava Platos”)
About: AC Detroit at the Bonstelle in Detroit, MI is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Steward. The Steward will be responsible for cleaning, transporting, and storing pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and china used in food and beverage operations in a clean and orderly manner. They will play a crucial role in maintaining a hygienic environment and ensuring all food and beverage outlets are well-equipped for service.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred; Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred
