Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; kitchen experience preferred but not required; current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by federal, state, or local agencies a plus; ability to build relationships, learn quickly, and maintain strong interpersonal skills; capable of managing workload independently and prioritizing tasks; able to handle basic issues and refer complex problems to higher-level staff; exhibit a strong work ethic and encourage teamwork; perform tasks within various areas of the department
