Position: Dishwasher job
About: Sushi Nami is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to ensure their meal service dishes are clean and ready to serve. The selected candidate will be responsible for cleaning and drying all dishes, glasses, and silverware, ensuring proper stocking throughout the shift, maintaining cleanliness in the dish room, proper storage of equipment, sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, removing trash, gathering soiled linens, and assisting the chef as needed.
Requirements: Some experience in a professional kitchen is a plus; Able to safely operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 20 lbs; Able to work in a hot, humid environment and stand for 8-hour shifts; Flexible schedule
