Position: Dishwasher job
About: Responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment as well as all utility and/or maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned. Key responsibilities include loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, keeping the dish room clean and organized, maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware, handling tableware carefully, and cleaning food preparation and production areas as required. The role may involve filling in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant as directed by the manager or chef.
Requirements: Basic food preparation knowledge preferred; previous experience in food preparation preferred but not required; previous experience working in a restaurant, catering business, or hotel kitchen highly desirable; high school diploma or GED preferred; must be eligible to work in the United States.
