The Dishwasher position at Perry’s involves keeping the dish area clean and organized, loading, running and unloading the dish machine, restocking all plate ware and silverware on each station, monitoring dish machine water temperature and chemical levels for a sanitary wash cycle, washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, and preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a similar role preferred; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards; physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as needed
