Requirements: Must organize time to maximize efficiency and must be mentally alert; The ability to handle breakable equipment with minimum breakage and stand for long periods; Knowledge of kitchen equipment (dishwasher, garbage disposal, equipment lowerators, freight elevators, etc.); Efficiency and a thorough attitude toward work are a must
