Requirements: Food service background preferred; High school diploma or equivalent; Experienced working in a fast-paced food service setting preferred; Knowledge of dish safety standards and operating an industrial dish machine; Ability to communicate inventory needs, questions, or concerns effectively; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, off-site, and out of state when necessary; Up-to-date with all required certifications including a food handler’s card preferred
