Position: Dishwasher job
About: To provide guest and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, glassware, equipment, and facilities. Responsibilities include providing guests and team members with clean, sanitized, and spot-free utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment, setting up and closing down the dish machine, troubleshooting dishwasher machine malfunctions, maintaining cleanliness of the dish machine, washing dishes adhering to sanitation procedures, keeping the kitchen clean, completing assigned prep work, and adhering to safety and sanitation policies. Qualification standards include frequent bending and stooping, working indoors and outdoors, working in hot and damp environments, and handling hot plates and sharp knives.
