Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to lift heavy objects and stand during entire shift; warm and friendly demeanor; effective communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize duties; attend required meetings and trainings; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with hotel standards and regulations; maximize productivity; handle and solve problems effectively; cross-train in other hotel areas; show initiative in anticipating guest and operational needs; perform other duties as requested by management
