Position: Dishwasher job
About: A dynamic restaurant seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and supporting overall operations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Have availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays; Follow all systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook; Provide genuine hospitality to all guests and exceed their expectations; Successfully complete alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training course(s); Be committed to teamwork and maintain a pleasant attitude; Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines; Be proficient in the use of tools and equipment including knives, slicers, peelers, dish machine, power washer, etc.; Accomplish other duties as instructed by management when applicable; Maintain honesty and integrity in all aspects of employment; Communicate clearly and hospitably with guests and teammates; Be able to multitask while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor; Be able to work in varying noise, temperature, and crowd levels; Be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift; Be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally, and up to 50 pounds in general; Practice proper safety guidelines at all times; Use proper cleaning supplies for their intended use; Properly wash, sanitize, and dry all glassware, dishware, and kitchen utensils; Be proficient in the use of the dish-machine and three-compartment sinks; Be able to properly read a thermometer; Empty and maintain cleanliness of garbage cans
