About: Benihana located at 400 S Baldwin Ave is looking to hire a Busser/Porter/Cleaner. As a Dishwasher at Benihana, you’ll be responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, using cleaning compounds and products, and performing all utility and maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned.
