Requirements: Must meet personal schedule requirements punctually; Work a variable, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Stand and/or walk for an entire shift; Perform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures; Handle extremes in water and air temperature; Safely transport items to and from areas of the kitchen on a slick and uneven surface; Safely transport containers weighing up to 50 lbs; Transport dishes, bus tubs, and trays throughout the kitchen; Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant
