Requirements: Maintains all kitchen cleanliness and safety standards; Displays teamwork throughout the shift; Follows standardized recipes, preparation, and portioning and presentation procedures; Maintains organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas; Adheres to proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and notifies management of items needing repair; Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization for both the interior and exterior of the restaurant; Cross-trains to other positions when opportunities are available. Minimum age: 18 years; Good understanding of ingredients, kitchen safety, and hygiene; Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances; Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently; Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Reliable transportation; Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
