Position: Dishwasher job
About: Wyoming Horse Racing is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Duties include washing dishes, pots, and pans, cleaning floors, worktables, and more. The role also involves transferring supplies, keeping the work area clutter-free, and following food safety guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; one (1) year of labor experience, preferably in a restaurant; ability to obtain a gaming license as needed from Wyoming Gaming Commission; ability to follow all food safety guidelines
