Position: Dishwasher job
About: Maggiano’s Little Italy, a high-energy, full-service dining restaurant chain with authentic Italian cuisine, is currently seeking Dishwashers to join their team. The restaurants reflect the history of their host cities with elegant banquet facilities and customer-friendly carryout services, embodying an extended family atmosphere.
Requirements: Must be willing and able to; Meet personal schedule requirements punctually; Work a variable, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Stand and/or walk for an entire shift; Perform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures; Handle extremes in water and air temperature; Safely transport items to and from areas of the kitchen on slick and uneven surfaces; Safely transport containers weighing up to 50 lbs. from any point in the kitchen to the dish area and vice versa; Transport dishes, bus tubs, and/or trays from the dishwashing area to any area in the kitchen, including stairs where applicable; Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant
