Position: Dishwasher job
About: Responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment as well as all utility and/or maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned. Key responsibilities include loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, monitoring water temperature for sanitation, washing and storing kitchenware, maintaining cleanliness in the dish room, handling dish detergents and cleaning supplies, and assisting in food preparation and production areas as needed. Previous experience in food preparation and working in a restaurant, catering business, or hotel kitchen is advantageous, and basic food preparation knowledge is preferred. High school diploma or GED is preferred, and eligibility to work in the United States is required.
