Position: Dishwasher job
About: Responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment as well as all utility and/or maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned. Key responsibilities include loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, maintaining cleanliness and functionality of the dish machine, monitoring water temperature for sanitary wash cycles, washing and storing tableware and kitchenware, keeping the dish room organized, maintaining clean tableware levels, handling tableware with care, ensuring adequate dish detergents and cleaning supplies, cleaning food preparation areas, and assisting in the overall restaurant operations as directed by supervisors.
Requirements: Basic food preparation knowledge preferred; previous experience in food preparation preferred but not required; previous experience working in a restaurant, catering business, or hotel kitchen highly desirable; high school diploma or GED preferred; must be eligible to work in the United States
