About: The Goldbelt Tram in Juneau, Alaska, is the only aerial tramway in Southeast Alaska, offering guests a scenic adventure to soar to new heights and explore the miles of trails atop Mount Roberts while learning about Alaska Native culture.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to meet time and attendance requirements; ability to work different shifts including holidays and weekends; ability to provide quality customer service; ability to handle stress under pressure; ability/willingness to learn and share information with guests about local history, people, culture, and geography; ability to work directly with the public and assist them daily; ability to work productively and quickly; ability to learn cleaning and sanitizing practices in a restaurant setting; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; skill in maintaining cooperative working relationships with other employees; ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs and stand continually during a shift; must successfully pass a background check; possess a State of Alaska Food Workers Card.
