Position: Dishwasher job
About: A Kitchen Partner at our restaurant can hold various roles in the back of the house, including Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. This position reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and all other store management. The Kitchen Partner ensures timely production of all products using company recipes and is responsible for security, shrinkage control, and overall sanitation in their work area.
Requirements: Assist in taking care of guest’s needs; Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift; Properly produce the guest’s order; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen; Put orders away as they arrive; Check product for quality standards; Complete daily checklists; Complete daily par sheets accurately; Ensure all food produced meets expectations; Shrink/security control; Follow systems for quality; Alert management to any issues or problems; Report all malfunctioning equipment to store management
