About: Outback Steakhouse, a popular Australian-themed restaurant opened in March of 1988, operated by Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse. The restaurant focuses on providing a unique dining experience while valuing the well-being and training of its staff, known as “Outbackers”.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of HOH experience in a full-service restaurant preferred; demonstrated leadership skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; team player; ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards; strict adherence to food quality and safety standards; knowledge of Company policies and procedures; availability for various shifts; ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs; excellent vision and manual dexterity; comfortable working in hot and cold environments; clear language and reasoning skills
