Requirements: Must be willing and able to meet personal schedule requirements punctually; work a variable, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; stand and/or walk for an entire shift; perform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures; handle extremes in water and air temperature; safely transport items to and from areas of the kitchen on slick and uneven surfaces; safely transport containers weighing up to 50 lbs.; transport dishes, bus tubs, and trays; safely move about in all areas of the restaurant.
