Position: Dishwasher job
About: Responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment as well as all utility and/or maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned. Essential functions include loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, monitoring water temperature for sanitary wash cycles, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish room, and ensuring adequate levels of clean tableware and cleaning supplies. This position also involves filling in as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant and performing other assigned duties under supervision.
Requirements: Basic food preparation knowledge preferred; previous experience in food preparation preferred but not required; previous experience working in a restaurant, catering business, or hotel kitchen highly desirable; high school diploma or GED preferred; must be eligible to work in the United States
