About: The Dishwasher works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen area, essential for delivering a high-quality culinary experience for residents. This position is responsible for upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards for various kitchen items, utilizing both machine and manual cleaning methods. Additionally, the role involves floor sweeping, stockroom mopping, and reporting any kitchen-related hazards to the Culinary Supervisor or Culinary Service Director. The Dishwasher position is integral to ensuring a positive mealtime presentation for residents in the Culinary department at Waltonwood.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of dish cleaning practices and dining etiquette; familiarity with proper food service sanitation techniques; experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
