Position: Dishwasher – HuHot
About: Our restaurant is seeking organized and efficient Dishwashers to provide clean and safe dishes and small wares for our operations. The dish room is maintained clean at all times, and strict sanitation requirements are adhered to.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Ability to safely operate a commercial dish machine; Ability to manage safe use of cleaning chemicals; Ability to re-stock and move between cook lines efficiently; Completion of cleaning and organizing tasks accurately and on time; Minimum food prep requirements; Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation standards; Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet guest expectations; Must have a strong work ethic and reliability; Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment; Effective team player; Ability to stand and stay alert for extended periods; Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed; Continuous use of hands and arms; Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting; Maintain strong personal image and uniform standards
