Requirements: Required: State Issued Food Handler Certification; Industrial dishwashing machines knowledge; Proper sanitation knowledge; Operation of garbage compactor/disposal; Kitchen and restaurant operations; Restaurant bussing; Organization Skills; Attention to detail. Preferred: High School Diploma
