Position: Dishwasher – Brewery
About: This position is available in Dayton, OH and exists to keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning and sanitizing dishes to ensure that the Cooks and Front of House staff have the necessary supplies to prepare and serve food and beverages to guests. The role involves various responsibilities such as unloading cutlery and dishes, hand washing large pots and pans, taking out garbage, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with prep work as needed. The position reports to the Kitchen Supervisor.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; outstanding communication and customer service skills; strong organization and active listening skills; effective team member; excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task; effective stress management and conflict resolution skills; availability for various shifts including weekends
