Position: Director, Workplace Operations

Requirements: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, real estate, or workplace operations; 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations and organizational levels; Bachelor’s degree; demonstrated ability in team development and mentorship; expertise in facilities management best practices and strategic planning; familiarity with workplace trends and stakeholder engagement; able to work from the San Francisco HQ a minimum of two days per week
