Position: Director – Supply Chain
About: Mrs. Clark’s Foods, a leader in condiment, sauce, and juice production, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team. Located in Ankeny, just 15 minutes outside the Iowa state capitol of Des Moines, Mrs. Clark’s Foods is an independently owned, mid-size company with over 100 team members across 3 shifts. The ideal candidate will contribute to the long-term growth of the organization as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain.
Requirements: 5 years of management experience; Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Good leadership, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally; Proven capability to motivate and coach staff towards achieving high-quality results; Analytical interpretation of materials management data and logical deduction to support production; Strong background in material management systems; Strong customer interfacing skills; Self-starter with high energy level and ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans for the team
