About: Capital One’s Digital Commerce & Innovation organization is seeking a Director of Software Engineering with a passion for AI to join its Velocity Black by Capital One team. This Director will build and lead exceptional software engineering teams to reimagine concierge for the digital age. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; At least 7 years’ experience in software development; At least 5 years’ experience in people management; At least 3 years’ experience delivering features to users and building APIs
