Position: Director, Retail Operations
About: Metropolitan Market, LLC is seeking a Director of Retail Operations to lead and manage the Store Director Team in all areas of operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and team member performance in a high-volume retail food environment. The role involves providing leadership, training, and supervision to enhance operational execution and financial performance across stores.
Requirements: Minimum five years of proven experience as a Store Director in a retail food environment; minimum ten years of supervisory experience preferred; comprehensive knowledge of grocery store operations and industry standards; strong financial acumen with experience in profit and loss control; excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite; availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
