Position: Director Respiratory Therapy
About: Gulf Coast Medical Center, located at 13681 Doctor’s Way, Fort Myers, FL 33912, is currently seeking an experienced Director for Respiratory Therapy. Lee Health is Southwest Florida’s premier community-owned health system, serving Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and surrounding communities. The state-approved Level II trauma center at Gulf Coast Medical Center is the only trauma center between Sarasota and Miami, where highly trained trauma specialists provide expert emergency care using cutting-edge resources and technology.
Requirements: Education: Master’s degree required; Experience: Minimum of 5 years clinical experience including 2 years in intensive care/critical care areas, minimum of 5 years recent management/supervisory experience required; License: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure from the State of FL; Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association; Other: Credentialed by the NBRC as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
