Position: Director, Production Operations
About: Warner Bros. Discovery, a leading entertainment company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director, Production Operations to join their dynamic team. This role involves overseeing production management teams, supporting day-to-day operations across the studio, working closely with production clients, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth running of various production activities on the lot and at the new Ranch Lot.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; 5-8 years in film/television production or production facility operations; enthusiasm for entertainment production and ability to handle its unique challenges; excellent communication skills; ability to work under pressure and balance a fast-paced workload effectively; detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with software programs like Planon, Xytech MediaPulse, Salesforce; operational knowledge of standard office equipment like photocopying machines;
