Position: Director, Production Operations

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; 5-8 years in film/television production or production facility operations; enthusiasm for entertainment production and the idiosyncratic challenges it presents; excellent oral and written communication skills; calm and cool under intense pressure working with colorful personalities; ability to withstand and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced workload and maintain good judgment; overview to assess the requests/needs of a specific client with the big picture (i.e. needs of all clients as well as the company) and make decisions accordingly; high standards of detail and self-review to ensure accurate communication; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs; must be able to quickly learn new software programs custom to Studio client support (e.g. Planon, Xytech MediaPulse, Salesforce); must be able to operate standard office equipment such as photocopying equipment and multi-function devices
