Position: Director PeaceHealth Medical Group Operations Behavioral Health Outpatient
About: PeaceHealth is a healthcare organization seeking a Director for PeaceHealth Medical Group Operations Behavioral Health Outpatient for a Full Time position. The role involves blending leadership, clinical oversight, business development, and community engagement to ensure integrated behavioral health services across outpatient settings. This position reports to the PHMG Network VP of Operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business or Healthcare Management required; Master’s Degree preferred; Minimum of 7 years’ experience in behavioral health services required; Minimum of 5 years clinical supervisory and administrative management experience required; Minimum of 2 years leading CCBHC designated sites and budgeting/cost reporting experience required (Oregon Network Only).
