Position: DIRECTOR PATIENT EXPERIENCE
About: The Director of Patient Experience at Montefiore Medical Center (MMC) leads efforts to transform culture through the development of programs and initiatives aimed at driving quality and service excellence to enhance the patient and family experience. The Director plays a key role in implementing and evolving the patient experience strategic and tactical plan, driving performance improvement in areas such as HCAPHPS and Press Ganey surveys, collaborating with executive and departmental leaders, and managing people, finances, and business operations related to patient experience measurement at MMC.
Requirements: Master’s Degree required; extensive knowledge of Improvement Methodology, strategic planning, leading change management initiatives, program management, excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills; 5 years of hospitality experience with leadership/management experience; preference for candidates with a quality background in healthcare and experience in improvement methodology such as PDSA/IHI Model for Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma.
