Position: Director Operations Services

The Director of Operations Services plays a strategic leadership role within the organization, overseeing critical operations projects, initiatives, and tools to drive innovation, process optimization, and organizational success across Operations.
Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of senior management or leadership experience in Operations or a related field; Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects; Exceptional adaptability to dynamic environments, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines; Outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels; Superior organizational and time management skills; Proficiency in Google Suite tools and comfortable learning and adopting new technology; Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
